Delivery times depend on the destination country. For orders within Japan, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 days, depending on the distance from our office. For International orders, delivery takes 5 - 7 days , as products ships from Japan to your desired country.

We only accept returns/ refunds if the product is damaged or has caused adverse health effects to the consumer, provided they can furnish a medical certificate or proof that our product was the cause. Refunds may take up to two weeks or longer, depending on the issue and the results of our investigation.
